3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jillf account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. jillf reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit balances where duplicate accounts are detected.
When registering your jillf account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
jillf may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at registration or at any subsequent time. KYC may include providing a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillf login credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
jillf accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your jillf account wallet section.
Deposits into your jillf account are for gaming purposes only. jillf does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited into your jillf account are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jillf reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. 5. Bonuses & Promotions
jillf may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
General bonus conditions applicable across all jillf promotions include:

6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the jillf platform are subject to individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
jillf uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, and live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. All games are tested and certified for fairness by accredited independent testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, jillf reserves the right to void the affected bet or round. jillf will not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Bets placed and accepted are final. jillf reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed after a game's applicable deadline, or placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred. Decisions made by jillf's gaming operations team in relation to void bets are final and binding.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillf platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jillf platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any jillf game.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillf platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillf shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jillf platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.
jillf's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jillf platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillf account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillf does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jillf is not responsible for the content of third-party websites or services that may be linked to from the platform.
11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Account Termination

In the event of a dispute between you and jillf, you agree to first contact jillf support to seek an informal resolution. jillf will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, either party may pursue the dispute through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
jillf operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Disputes relating to regulated gaming activities may be subject to oversight by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
14. Amendments to These Terms
jillf may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillf will notify registered account holders via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the jillf platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
